Dear Applicant,

Thank you for your continued interest in the WEST ROXBURY rentals we offer.  We are happy to work with you.  In the event you would like to pursue a rental, to access applications please click link below for the "Apply Now" section on the website:

 1. READ Paragraph 2 titled, "Note to Year-to-Year Rental Applicants."

 2A. Scroll down to the "Application Section" and READ THE DETAILS.

 2B. PRINT and complete the forms marked in GREEN, as they apply to resident applicants, and applicant's Co-signers where applicable, call for details.). Residential Applications forms R-1, R-2 and R-3 are necessary. (If needed please have Guarantors/Co-signers also complete his/her OWN SET of Residential Applications parts R-1, R-2 and R-3 as needed.)

 2C. PRINT and complete the GUARANTOR Form (your Guarantor/Co-signer is to complete the Guarantor Form.  Note, the Guarantor Form requires a notary seal and signature.)

 2D. Applicable for our out-of-state applicants who will not tour, PRINT and complete the "SIGHT-UNSEEN FORM". Original signatures required on corresponding lines, and original initials required where noted.

 3. Applicant to COPY all documents for his/her own records.

 4. INCLUDE with your application a payment in the form of cash or bank check, money order, or cashier's check made payable to "NEWBURY ASSOCIATES" to cover Facilitation payment of $300.00.

 5. With original signed application, REMIT RENT DEPOSIT in form of Bank Check, Money Order or Cashier's Check in the amount of One Month's rent (i.e. FIRST MONTH'S RENT.) Non-refundable upon approval by Landlord. Sorry, no personal checks and no company checks  Make checks payable as follows:

FOR 5051 WASHINGTON STREET, make check payable to:  "ABH II REALTY TRUST"

FOR 48 BELLEVUE STREET, make check payable to:  "48 BELLEVUE STREET REALTY TRUST"

FOR 56 BELLEVUE STREET, make check payable to:  "56 BELLEVUE STREET TRUST"

 6. HAND-DELIVER or priority DELIVER ALL ORIGINAL SIGNED applications and required payments {all applicants and Guarantors/Co-signers as applicable} to agent or management company:
